Ludvic was born in the county and educated at Truro School before departing for Leicester University. He commenced employment in estate agency the following year and has been in the industry ever since, having held managerial positions at one of the UK’s largest firms. Ludvic was one of the founders of Countrywide’s highly successful Waterside & Country Homes department. His nearing 40-year experience spans almost all areas of the county, all styles of residential property, new developments and commercial/business premises. His ethos has always been one of kindness, compassion and consideration to all vendors and purchasers alike, an approach which overarches the workings of the company.

Sarah is one of the town’s most experienced agents having commenced her career in Falmouth in 1988, after attending Truro County Girls Grammar School. After 17 consecutive years with a local independent, Sarah took a sabbatical to her beloved belle France where she immersed herself in the French lifestyle. A return to estate agency in Falmouth in 2006 led to her running an office in the town, a role she enjoyed until 2013, at which point she joined Laskowski & Company. Among her many fortes, Sarah is the epitome of the true ‘people person’ and leaves no stone unturned to ensure a successful outcome to even the most complex of transactions.

Rory is another local; schooling in Truro led to a devotion to squash and at one stage, Rory was county champion. He returned after graduating from the University of Leeds. He still plays squash at a very high level and does provide coaching on a selective basis. His career in estate agency commenced in Truro in 2014, 3 years after which he joined Laskowski & Company. Rory has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of negotiations and provides a level of trust and empathy which all buyers and sellers find immensely reassuring. However, his cool, calm and collected approach in the ‘hothouse’ of the sales office, belies the competitive edge of a former county champion.

Eden is a Falmouthian, educated at Falmouth School, following which a Diploma in Business Studies at Truro College led to her joining Laskowski & Company, initially as an apprentice, in 2019. Accurately described as one of the nicest, most affable and natural people you could wish to meet, Eden has established herself as Anthea’s, and the office’s, ‘right-hand woman’, with her responsibilities encompassing all aspects of secretarial and administrative work, as well as one of the company’s first points of contact for those ringing in. A recent car driver, Eden no longer has to take a bus, train and shank’s pony to get to work – for which she never once complained, even during the most arduous of Lockdown periods.
