Ludvic was born in the county and educated at Truro School before departing for Leicester University. He commenced employment in estate agency the following year and has been in the industry ever since, having held managerial positions at one of the UK’s largest firms. Ludvic was one of the founders of Countrywide’s highly successful Waterside & Country Homes department. His nearing 40-year experience spans almost all areas of the county, all styles of residential property, new developments and commercial/business premises. His ethos has always been one of kindness, compassion and consideration to all vendors and purchasers alike, an approach which overarches the workings of the company.

Sarah is one of the town’s most experienced agents having commenced her career in Falmouth in 1988, after attending Truro County Girls Grammar School. After 17 consecutive years with a local independent, Sarah took a sabbatical to her beloved belle France where she immersed herself in the French lifestyle. A return to estate agency in Falmouth in 2006 led to her running an office in the town, a role she enjoyed until 2013, at which point she joined Laskowski & Company. Among her many fortes, Sarah is the epitome of the true ‘people person’ and leaves no stone unturned to ensure a successful outcome to even the most complex of transactions.

Richard was born and educated in East Sussex, moved to Cornwall and commenced his 20 years of continuous employment within estate agency in Truro in 2001. An extended period with a highly regarded independent firm followed for 5 years, following which he worked in both Falmouth and Helston, developing complete knowledge of these neighbouring towns and complementary areas. Married with 3 children, a resident of Falmouth and active member of Gyllyngvase Surf Life Saving Club, Richard’s approach is one of complete responsibility with impeccable attention to detail with vendors in particular appreciating his help, support and highly considered advice, throughout the course of both the marketing and subject to contract periods.

Rory is another local; schooling in Truro led to a devotion to squash and at one stage, Rory was county champion. He returned after graduating from the University of Leeds. He still plays squash at a very high level and does provide coaching on a selective basis. His career in estate agency commenced in Truro in 2014, 3 years after which he joined Laskowski & Company. Rory has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of negotiations and provides a level of trust and empathy which all buyers and sellers find immensely reassuring. However, his cool, calm and collected approach in the ‘hothouse’ of the sales office, belies the competitive edge of a former county champion.

Eden is a Falmouthian, educated at Falmouth School, following which a Diploma in Business Studies at Truro College led to her joining Laskowski & Company, initially as an apprentice, in 2019. Accurately described as one of the nicest, most affable and natural people you could wish to meet, Eden has established herself as Anthea’s, and the office’s, ‘right-hand woman’, with her responsibilities encompassing all aspects of secretarial and administrative work, as well as one of the company’s first points of contact for those ringing in. A recent car driver, Eden no longer has to take a bus, train and shank’s pony to get to work – for which she never once complained, even during the most arduous of Lockdown periods.

Thank you.Posted on Claire Chamberlain13/01/2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Incredible service from Laskowski (special thanks to Priscilla). Had a particularly challenging and testing time with the sale of my house through a series of unfortunate events, but Laskowski dealt with everything amazingly. Their communication is excellent and definitely went above and beyond any other estate agent I've dealt with. Will recommend to everyone.Posted on Ruth Whitehead15/12/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Buying and selling a property can frequently be very stressful. You need an excellent solicitor, and an excellent estate agent to help you ride the rollercoaster. Richard Dryden and his team have been unfailingly calm, courteous and helpful throughout my recent sale, helping me ditch a time wasting purchaser, and then persuading me - quite rightly - to stick with the glacial speed of another purchaser. The tortoise got there in the end, and we’ve just exchanged contracts. Richard, Priscilla and Eden deserve my huge thanks for their support. I’ve just realised this is only the second time in my life I’ve posted a positive review of an estate agent!Posted on Neil Henwood25/11/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Recently purchased a property through Laskowski & Co and had a great experience. Special thanks to Esme who dealt with the transaction and made everything really smooth. Thanks guys!Posted on warren blundred12/11/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very helpful estate agents. Went above and beyond to make the whole process of renting very easy and helped with any questions or if needed more clarification. Very nice people too and were available when needed and kept us up to date with the whole process.Posted on Kate Parker-Gough10/11/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My tenancy was transferred by landlords to Laskowski & Co in July 2025. Within days I had met Millie and she viewed the property and asked if there was anything I needed addressing. Within days of officially taking over the management of the property, they had installed something as simple as a handrail in the shower. An item that is invaluable to me. Every time I speak to anyone at the office, nothing is too much to ask and they are all so incredibly polite. I just feel sorry that they also have to deal with the addition of management company for the block of flats, which in occasions can be frustrating. Thank you so much for all your help and kindness.
