Our lettings department exists to manage every aspect of letting and managing a residential investment property so our clients don’t have to.

The department’s focus has always been clear: quality of service over quantity of properties – ensuring every one of our landlords receive the management, communication and professionalism they deserve.

We offer two main services, each of which may be slightly tailored: ‘Fully Managed’ and ‘Let Only’.

Full tenant referencing checks for all over 18’s
Drawing up and orchestrating signing of tenancy agreement
Protection of the deposit within a government assured scheme
Full inventory and schedule of condition
Collection of monthly rent
Conducting periodic routine inspections
Negotiating tenancy renewals and rent increases where required
End of tenancy checkout and deposit negotiation
Triage and action tenant reported maintenance accordingly
Access to an out of hours emergency line
