Our job is to find our landlords the right tenant(s) and create a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship between both parties. We are, at all times, one step ahead of the ever-changing lettings legislation.

We believe in not overcomplicating things, and therefore offer two services, each of which can be slightly tailored following a consultation. We offer our most popular ‘Fully Managed’ service and a hands-on ‘Let Only’ service.

Fully Managed:

Our ‘Fully Managed’ service is our most popular, not only because it saves landlords time, but because it saves them money, ensures they remain legally compliant, and keeps them on top of repairs and maintenance and any issues arising throughout the tenancy.

This service provides complete peace of mind, from the day your property is marketed until the day the tenants vacate. We’ll deal first hand with all aspects of renting your property, from consistent tenant communication, orchestrating any maintenance, receiving and processing all rental payments and ensuring your experience on the whole is as stress free as possible.

On top of the above, we will ensure throughout the duration of our management that landlords are compliant with the ever-changing lettings legislation.

Let Only:

Our ‘Tenant Find’ service has been created for experienced professional landlords who are keeping themselves up to date with the ever-changing legislation and prefer to manage their property themselves. We can help these landlords by ensuring maximum exposure of their property on the rental market, sourcing suitable and fully vetted tenants, holding deposit funds and check-in documentation, and providing a legally compliant tenancy agreement.

Please note that as part of our ‘Let Only’ service Laskowski & Co will not deal with any property management after the day of move in.
